This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 12ct yellow gold with platinum accents.
The feature setting to the centre of the bar has been modelled in the form of an insect.
The insect's four wings are embellished with six pavé set old mine cut diamonds in various sizes, totalling 0.15cts.
The thorax and abdomen are represented by two natural pearls.
The head is ornamented with two collet set cabochon cut rubies.
Each of the bar terminals is accented with a platinum setting, securing to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
This antique insect brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 12ct gold and platinum.
The brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
