This fine and impressive vintage cocktail ring has been crafted in 18 carat yellow gold.
The pierced decorated boat style frame displays an impressive feature ten claw set, 0.30 ct oval mixed cut natural emerald in relief to the centre of ten, well colour matched modern brilliant round cut diamonds.
The ring shoulders are each channel set with three modern brilliant round cut diamonds.
The elevated ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain 18 ct yellow gold shank which is clearly hallmarked to the interior with the 18 ct mark (750), gold guarantee mark (crown), date letter for 1992 (S), London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head) and some maker's marks (S.T).
This vintage emerald ring in yellow gold is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
