0.39ct Diamond and 18ct Yellow Gold Heart Pendant - Vintage Circa 1980

This fine and impressive diamond heart pendant has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with 18ct white gold settings.

The pierced decorated, stylized heart shaped frame has a scrolling design.

The vintage pendant is ornamented with twenty-five individually 18ct white gold claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The pendant suspends from a 18ct yellow gold 18" curb chain via a flared bifurcated ring loop to the upper border of the design, securing with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening.

The pendant is hallmarked to the reverse of the ring loop with the mark for 18ct gold (18k).

The chain may be replaced with a chain of the same quality, in a style or length to meet your personal requirements.

This vintage 1980's 18ct gold and diamond heart pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
