This fine and impressive ruby and diamond ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The scrolling, pierced decorated frame setting is ornamented with three Old European cut diamonds alternating with two cushion cut rubies, all claw set in a linear design.
The tapering shoulders of this five stone ruby and diamond ring integrate with the main setting, blending with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
The ring shank is hallmarked to the interior with the maker's mark (PJJ), the gold guarantee mark (crown), the 18ct gold fineness mark (18), the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor) and the date mark for 1915 (q).
This impressive antique ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
