This antique George V dress ring has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold.
This yellow gold snake ring has a smooth finish, modelled in the form of two snakes* entwined.
The serpents' heads are independently ornamented with three impressive Old European cut diamonds, claw set to the top of the head.
The multi strand shank form integrates in to the design, forming both the head and tail of each snake.
The hallmarks to the interior of the shank include the 18 ct fineness mark (18), the gold guarantee mark (crown), the London Assay Office mark (leopard head), the date letter for 1931 (q), and the maker's mark 'JG'.
This yellow gold snake ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
NOTE: * Snakes were a universally popular expression of eternal love or a powerful symbol of wisdom.
Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
