These fine and impressive vintage gold sapphire cufflinks have been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The circular-shaped, pierced decorated vintage cufflinks feature a halo, undulating rope twist design to the exterior circumference of each links.
The anterior link features a collet set square cabochon cut sapphire to the centre, totalling 0.60ct.
The smaller interior links features a plain and unembellished 18ct yellow gold quartrefoil shape design to the centre.
The links secure and articulate to the reverse via a three link chain.
The 1960s cufflinks are hallmarked with the maker's mark for Van Cleef and Arpels (VCA), the French mark (FRANCE), the 18 ct gold fineness mark (18KTS), and the French import mark for gold (owl); this import mark is used for finished articles brought into France to be examined by the French assay office.
