This stunning, fine and impressive ruby and diamond marquise ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with an 18ct white gold setting.
The pierced decorated, marquise shaped setting displays a 0.62ct round mixed cut Mozambique ruby, collet set to the centre of the design.
The ruby is flanked on either side by a feature collet set 0.30ct and 0.28ct Old European round cut diamond.
Six collet set Old European round cut diamonds are collet set vertically, flanking the ruby to the upper and lower borders.
The marquise shaped Art Deco design setting is framed by a further sixteen pavé set Old European round cut diamonds, completing the arrangement.
A subtle millegrain decoration embellishes the 18ct white gold setting.
The elevated 18ct yellow gold ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior with the mark for 18ct gold (18).
This antique 1920s dress ring is supplied with two independent diamond grading certificates in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting diamonds and ruby*.
NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the ruby originating in Mozambique and verifies that the gemstone shows indications of heating.
