This fine and impressive antique Victorian jewellery set has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a 15ct pin setting.
The pierced decorated, circular design of the ring is set in relief and ornamented with seven claw set Old European round cut diamonds.
The ring shoulders integrate with the setting and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
The Victorian gold ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the gold guarantee mark (crown), 18ct gold fineness mark (18), the date letter (E) and the Birmingham Assay office hallmark (anchor).
This versatile diamond ring can also be worn as a pin brooch; the central setting embellished with Old European round cut diamonds can be unscrewed from the ring shank, and screwed into a 15ct yellow gold pin setting.
The diamond brooch pin has turned decoration to the stick pin fastening to hold the brooch securely.
This antique diamond ring/brooch is fitted to the original elongated hinged leatherette presentation case with a satin and velvet lined interior, securing with a push fit catch.
This impressive Victorian diamond pin and ring set is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
