This stunning, fine and impressive diamond and emerald ring has been crafted in 18ct white gold.
The multi-strand twist arrangement displays a feature eight claw set 1.29ct oval cut emerald.
The pierced decorated frame displays a further seven individually claw set diamonds in a combination of Old European round cut and transitional modern brilliant round cuts.
The strands of the asymmetrical design amalgamate into a solid ring shank to the reverse of the twist design.
This very individual 1950's dress ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank the 18ct gold fineness mark (750).
Due to the style of the setting, there is a strong probability of German origin.
This 18ct white gold emerald and diamond ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
