The feature emerald is encircled by eight platinum collet set Old European cut diamonds.
The subtly elevated ring shoulder integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the maker's mark, the French mark for gold (eagle's head) and the French mark for platinum (dog's head).
This antique 1920's cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card*.
NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the emerald originating in Colombia and verifies that the gemstone shows indications of moderate clarity enhancement.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
