This stunning, fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with platinum settings.
The brooch has a curvilinear, swirling floral design, with two rows of petals.
This vintage brooch is embellished with a central stunning cabochon cut emerald encompassed with six-pointed stellate style platinum settings, ornamented with twelve pavé set diamonds.
The shaped outer circumference of the brooch is encompassed with eight individually claw set emeralds, in a combination of square and rectangular cuts.
The outer swirl design is further embellished with eight platinum settings, each accented with three pavé diamonds, totalling 0.39ct.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged double pin and push fit safety clasp.
The reverse of the setting is hallmarked with the French maker's mark, 18ct gold mark (eagle's head) and the platinum mark (dog's head), in addition to the pins bearing the French 18ct gold mark (eagle's head) and the pin fastening featuring the French patent mark (DEPOSE).
