This stunning, fine and impressive Art Deco ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.
The symmetrical, geometric Art Deco design is ornamented with a central feature pavé set 0.83ct Old European round cut diamond.
The feature diamond is bordered within a central oval arrangement via ten diamonds in a combination of Old European and eight cuts.
The central segmented design is flanked to either side with a splayed setting ornamented with four collet set baguette cut diamonds.
The angular, tiered upper and lower portions of this stunning Art Deco platinum frame is ornamented with a total of fourteen eight-cut diamonds.
The pierced decorated, elevated ring shoulders meld with the setting and blend seamlessly with the replacement ring shank; the original thinning shank has been replaced, as often can be the case with examples from this period.
The interior of the ring shank is hallmarked with a maker's mark (EMF), the 18ct gold fineness mark (750), and the Sheffield Assay Office mark (rose).
This Art Deco style diamond ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold and platinum.
The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate for the feature diamond, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
