1.96ct Diamond and 18ct White Gold Stud Earrings - Vintage French Circa 1940

These fine and impressive vintage diamond earrings have been crafted in 18ct white gold with platinum butterfly fastenings.

The four claw 18ct white gold frames each display a 0.98ct Old European round cut diamond.

The stud style earrings secure to the reverse with a post and butterfly style fastening.

The 18ct white gold posts are hallmarked with the French maker's mark and French hallmark for 18ct gold (eagle's head).

The platinum butterfly fastenings are struck with the platinum fineness mark (PT950).

This impressive pair of French stud earrings is supplied with two IDGL diamond grading report certificates.

This impressive stud earrings are fine quality set with impressive old cut diamonds displaying a fine white colour, brilliance and presence, and although one is clarity graded at P1, it displays no unsightly black inclusions.

The 1940s earrings are a very good gauge of gold and are in excellent condition with French hallmarks to the posts.
