The impressive circular frame is ornamented to the centre with an exceptional 11.32ct rock crystal panel, displaying three characters in a skiff flying a French flag.
This central panel is encompassed by an 18ct yellow gold circular halo style setting displaying thirty-two channel set, square faceted sapphires, totalling 0.52ct.
The sapphire border is interrupted by eight platinum collar designs, each embellished with two diamonds.
The platinum collar settings alternate eight stellate settings featuring a further twenty-four diamonds in a combination of Dutch and eight-cut.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a conventional hinged pin and clasp.
