The vintage brooch has been realistically modelled in the form of a toy aeroplane.
The body of the plane is embellished with impressive royal blue hot enamel, incorporating a plain yellow gold button design simplifying the details of the plane's pilot seat.
The rounded wings and tail of the plane are crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The plane is fitted with plain circular propeller; this functional component revolves in situ and is secured with a plan yellow gold ball terminal.
The convex underside of the brooch is embellished with pierced decorated heart, moon and flower motifs; this continues the adolescent nature of the piece.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
