This stunning, fine an impressive antique 1920's emerald ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with an 18ct white gold setting.
The pierced decorated, floral design is ornamented with a feature 2.42ct emerald cabochon, carved in the style of a leaf and held by four vine-like claw settings.
Six individually four claw set eight-cut diamonds are set to the centre of 18ct white gold flower shaped settings, encircling the feature emerald.
A further six transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds are individually four claw set alternately between the flower shaped settings.
The multi-stranded shank splits and divides at the elevated, pierced decorated ring shoulders, integrating with the main setting.
This impressive antique emerald dress ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold.
The 1920s emerald ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
