The sapphire is flanked on either side by a total of six individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The shoulders blend seamlessly with the fully hallmarked ring shank which is ornamented with horizontal ridges.

The vintage ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the maker's mark 'OR' and a second hallmark.
