This stunning, fine and impressive antique sapphire ring has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold with silver settings.
The pierced decorated setting displays a feature silver four-claw set 7.10ct cushion cut yellow Ceylon sapphire.
The yellow sapphire is flanked in either side with two individually four-claw set round brilliant cut rubies, totalling 0.13ct, completing the tiered Art Deco design.
The elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly to the plain shank.
This ruby and yellow sapphire ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9 carat gold and silver.
This impressive ring is supplied with an IDGL gemstone grading report card, in addition to a sapphire report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*.
Such large, antique hand cut natural yellow sapphires are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating.
