This fine and impressive Victorian carved agate ring has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold.
The rectangular setting is ornamented with a hang carved agate cameo, depicting a profile of a man in armour, bearing figural ornamentation to the upper portion of his helm, in addition to a longitudinally mounted crest.
The cameo is held within four swallow-tip claws.
The elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the mark for 15ct gold (15CT).
