The drop style pendant displays a feature 2.59ct pear cut blue sapphire, claw set to the nadir of the design.
The pear-shaped terminal of this Edwardian pendant suspends from an articulated linear drop, ornamented with two collet set Old European cut diamonds.
The apex of the linear drop features an impressive cluster style setting, embellished with a 0.30ct round faceted cut sapphire to the centre, encircled with eight further Old European cut diamonds.
The necklace suspends from a 16" yellow gold chain, securing to the reverse with a sheath style fastening.
This stunning antique pear shaped sapphire pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct and 15ct yellow gold and platinum.
This sapphire and diamond pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card, in addition to a sapphire report certificate from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory Limited, 43 Kirby Street, London*, for the feature sapphire.
