This exceptional, fine and impressive antique chain has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold.
The Albert chain incorporates forty-eight impressive uniformed asymmetrical conjoined links; this style of link is unusual and highly desirable.
The central ring loop link from which a hallmarked T-bar suspends further features a small chain extension; the extension consists of six links identical to the aforementioned chain.
The chain is fitted to one end with a hallmarked swivel clasp; the other bears a plain ring loop.
The chain is hallmarked to the clasp and T-bar with the 9ct gold mark (9C).
By virtue of its length, this impressive example of antique gold jewellery may be worn as a necklace, alternatively the chain may be wrapped multiple times around the wrist to be worn as a bracelet.
