This exceptional, fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.
The pendant has been modelled in the form of a Latin cross.
The surface of the cross is embellished with a vibrant blue guilloche enamel panel, encompassed with a border of sixty-nine pavé set Dutch cut diamonds; this diamond cut and style is appropriate typical of the period.
This antique enamel cross pendant is suspended from a contemporary 18ct yellow gold 45.72cm/18" trace chain via a linear bale ornamented with seven further Dutch cut diamonds; the chain secures to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded bold ring fastening.
