This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 14ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.
The double stranded, interlacing setting displays two feature rounded square settings, each embellished with an impressive feature collet set Old European round cut diamond to the centre.
Each feature diamond is encompassed with a toroid-shaped panel of blue hot enamel to an impressive carved hardstone segment, ornamented with a cross-hatching texture.
The millegrain decorated platinum settings are each further embellished with twelve Dutch cut diamonds to the rounded border, completing the design.
This Edwardian gold and diamond brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety catch, and benefits from the added security of a safety chain and clasp.
This antique brooch is hallmarked to the pin with the 14ct gold mark (585) and the brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14 carat gold and platinum.
The brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
