This stunning, fine and impressive antique opal pendant has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.
The pierced decorated pendant features a stunning claw set 13.82ct elongated cabochon cut opal.
The lower portion of the opal setting is further embellished with a trefoil shaped mount ornamented with three pavé set transitional modern brilliant round diamonds.
The pendant suspends from a later 18" 18ct white gold curb chain via a linear bale ornamented with three further diamonds, securing to the reverse with a spring-loaded lobster claw fastening.
This reverse of this antique 1910's pendant is hallmarked with the 18ct gold and platinum marks (18CT PT).
This impressive Edwardian opal pendant in yellow gold is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
