The plain frame of the brooch is embellished with twenty pavé Old European round cut, accented with millegrain decoration, completing the design.
This fine example of original 1910's jewellery secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.
This emerald brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9 carat gold and platinum.
The antique Edwardian bar brooch with emeralds and diamonds is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
