Enamel, Mother of Pearl and Sterling Silver Pendant - Art Nouveau - Antique 1917

This exceptional, fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in sterling silver, in the iconic Art Nouveau manner.

The pendant displays a central pierced decorated circular design ornamented with impressive hot enamel decoration, incorporating blue and green graduating tones.

The centre of the subtly offset toroid design incorporates three plain vertical pales accented with a circular collet set mother of pearl panel.

The main setting suspends from the tapering bale via two fine link chains.

This antique enamel pendant is suspended from a silver 19" cable chain via an integrated tapering bale and secures to the reverse with a conventional ring bolt clasp fastening.

This pendant is hallmarked to the reverse with the maker's mark for Charles Horner Ltd (CH), lion passant mark (sterling silver, .925), Chester Assay Office mark and the date letter for 1917 (R).

This antique pendant is excellent quality, featuring impressive hot enamel and mother of pearl.

The Art Nouveau manner pendant is an excellent gauge of silver and is in excellent condition, with very clear hallmarks to the reverse.
