This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver beaker has a tapering cylindrical form.
The surface of the body is encompassed with impressive bands of bright cut engraved stylised floral and leaf style bands, segmented with vertical flute designs.
One side of the body incorporates a bordered oval cartouche displaying bright cut engraved monogram initials.
This fine example of Victorian silverware retains the original gilded interior.
This exceptional antique silver beaker is fitted to the original hinged leatherette presentation box with satin and velvet lined interior, secured with a push fit catch.
The interior of the box bears the retailer's mark 'Bright & Sons, Scarborough'.
