The pieces of this fine silver condiment set have a plain circular rounded form onto a plain circular pedestal foot.
The surface of each piece is embellished with applied panelling decoration, influencing the shaped border to the rim.
The mustard pot is fitted with an angular C shaped handle and a hinged hallmarked plain domed cover.
The pepper pots are fitted with push fit covers with pierced 'pepper' holes.
The covers to each of the pepper pots and mustard pot are surmounted with a simplified sterling silver urn style finial.
Each salt and mustard pot is fitted with the original removable blue glass liner.
This antique George V condiment set is presented with three hallmarked Birmingham sterling silver spoons.
These fine examples of antique silverware are fitted to the original hinged leatherette box with satin and velvet lined interior and secures with a push fit catch.

Each piece of this exceptional set was assayed in Birmingham in 1919; the salts and peppers were made by M Beaver Ltd (Marcus Beaver) and the mustard pot and spoons were crafted by E S Barnsley & Co (Edward Souter Barnsley).
