These exceptional vintage Elizabeth II sterling silver candelabra have a cylindrical form with figural columns.
Each impressive candelabrum is fitted with three arched labra (arms) and a central elevated column, supporting hallmarked push fit circular flared capitals.
The capitals are encircled with a tapering fluted design, accented with parcel gilding.
The impressive columns are ornamented with cast sterling silver gilt figures depicting out of a tower a crowned, rampant lion holding a royal coronet in one paw and a heraldic shield to the other.
This exceptional column surmounts an impressive domed spreading bases, reflecting the same design as the underside of each capital.
The underside of each candelabrum base features minimal weighting, due to the exceptional gauge of silver.

The crowned lion is displayed within the United Kingdom coat of arms as the royal and national symbol of England. This figure which holds St. Edward's Crown (the Coronation Crown) and shield bearing a cross and five martlets: the arms of St. Edward.
