This fine antique Edwardian sterling silver photograph frame has a shaped oval form with a plain oval internal window.

The photograph frame is embellished with embossed floral clusters to the upper and lower portions, all in the Art Nouveau style.

The centre of the shaped upper portion of this Art Nouveau antique silver frame is ornamented with embossed text 'FRIENDSHIP IS A SHELTERING TREE - Coleridge'.

The lower portion of this Edwardian silver photo frame bears the registration number 'Rd No 413303' in addition to the full hallmarks.

This fine example of antique silverware is fitted with an impressive, original oak frame back and hinged strut, securing with a swivel catch.

The photograph frame is inset with a removable glass panel.
