This exceptional antique George V sterling silver presentation bowl has an octagonal, rounded form onto an octagonal stepped foot.
The surface of the body is embellished with an impressive chased leaf design to each corner; these foliate motifs conjoin to the lower arched portion.
The rim of this presentation bowl is encompassed with an impressive applied rope twist decorated border.
This exceptional example of antique silverware is fitted to the original octagonal oak wood plinth, with a vacant silver plaque to one side; the plaque may be engraved with a personal inscription if so desired.
