26.01ct Topaz, 0.54ct Sapphire and 0.55ct Diamond, 18ct Yellow Gold Dress Ring - Vintage Italian Circa 1950

This stunning, fine and impressive vintage gemstone ring has been crafted in 12ct yellow gold with 12ct white gold settings.

The substantial angular setting displays a stunning feature 26.01ct emerald cut blue topaz, four claw set in relief to the centre.

The upper and lower borders of the octagonal setting are ornamented with twenty-six white gold set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 0.55ct.

Each elevated convex shoulder is embellished with three channel set square faceted cut sapphires, totalling 0.54ct.

The vintage topaz and sapphire ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the French domestic/import 9ct gold minimum mark (three-leaf clover) and to the interior of the ring shank with the 12ct fineness mark (12KT), the maker's mark (FC) and the Italian assay/maker's mark (star 557).

This vintage Italian ring is supplied with an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card.
