The baluster shaped capitals to these vintage silver candlesticks are each embellished with impressive scroll and oceanic-organic decoration.

Each capital retains the original hallmarked circular shaped sconce, embellished with a band scrolling decoration to the rim.

The capitals are each supported by an impressive figural column modelled in the form of a mythical fish/antique dolphin.

Each vintage silver column surmounts an impressive subtly domed circular foot, ornamented with a ripple design reflecting the seabed.

These rare vintage silver fish candlesticks are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each base are all very clear; the hallmarks are deeply struck due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
