This fine and impressive antique sapphire brooch has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold with a platinum setting.

The brooch displays a 0.16 carat round cut, natural blue sapphire claw set to the centre.

The feature sapphire is encircled by eight, eight-cut diamonds displayed within the millegrain decorated, shaped, pierced decorated design.

The plain bar has a tapering form towards the feature cluster.

This fine and impressive example of antique jewellery secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clip style security fastening.

The sapphire and diamond brooch is fitted with an integrated loop attachment and benefits from the additional security of a fine link chain with a safety clip.

The brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.

This antique piece has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15ct gold and platinum.
