This fine and impressive vintage sapphire and diamond dress ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with platinum settings.
The feature elevated, angular platinum mount is ornamented with a 0.33ct round mixed cut natural blue sapphire and a 0.28ct Old European round cut diamond, both set vertically to the centre of the design.
The pierced decorated, angular ring shoulders are accented with a subtle groove design at the junction with the plain 18ct yellow gold ring shank hallmarked to the interior with the 18ct gold fineness mark (0750).
The setting has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.
This impressive 1950s blue sapphire and diamond ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report certificate for the feature diamond in addition to an IDGL gemstone grading report card for the natural blue sapphire.
