This stunning, fine and impressive black onyx antique brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The circular setting is ornamented with an impressive feature claw set Dutch cut diamond.
The feature diamond is surrounded by six further Dutch cut diamonds, forming a central star motif, set in relief to the centre of an elevated circular black onyx panel.
The central onyx panel is encircled by a total of twenty natural pearls, claw set in yellow gold with a twisted rope design to the outer border.
The circle of pearls is surrounded by an outer tier of black onyx, which features a sloped chamfered edge that extends to the border of the antique brooch.
The yellow gold border of the stunning brooch is embellished with a twisted rope design and an outer border comprised of applied yellow gold ball motifs.
The reverse of the brooch is fitted with a push fit glass panel, in which a personal memento or photograph may be displayed.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety clasp fastening.
