0.70ct Sapphire and 0.78ct Diamond, 18ct White Gold Dress Ring - Vintage Circa 1960

This fine and impressive sapphire and diamond dress ring has been crafted in 18ct white gold.

The domed setting is ornamented with a feature 0.70ct round mixed cut blue sapphire, four claw set in relief to the centre of the design.

The feature sapphire is flanked on either side by four pave set eight-cut diamonds.

The setting is embellished with a further thirty-eight pave set eight-cut diamonds to complete the design.

The subtly elevated, flared ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.

The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the 18ct gold fineness mark (750).

This impressive vintage 1960's is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.

This gemstone cocktail ring is fine quality set with a blue sapphire and very well colour matched, very high colour graded old cut diamonds.

The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with a hallmark to the interior of the shank, this is worn but legible, in keeping with age.
