This stunning, fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in platinum.
This large brooch has been modelled in the form of a three dimensional tied ribbon bow, ornamented with stunning diamonds totalling 21.04 carats.
The loops and tails of the bow are embellished with articulating strands of one-hundred and sixty individually claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds.
The ribbon's undulating three-dimensional edge is further ornamented with a paralleling border of ninety-eight channel set baguette cut diamonds.
The slim knot is further embellished with nine baguette cut diamonds, channel set to a platinum sweeping design.
The reverse of this stunning brooch features a solid platinum frame, replicating the simplified shape of the articulating brooch; the articulating anterior portion indicates the high quality of the piece.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged double pin and clasp, and is hallmarked to the reverse with the mark for platinum (PT).
This vintage diamond bow brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
Such large examples of this size and quality are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.
