This stunning antique cross pendant has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The three-dimensional interlacing crossbars of the Latin cross pendant are embellished with eleven collet set Montana sapphires, totalling 2cts, all in linear arrangements.
The entwining design to the crossbars comprises a plain scalloped border.
This stunning blue sapphire cross pendant suspends from a contemporary 18ct yellow gold 18" fine curb chain via a hallmarked 14ct tapering bale to the upper border of the design.
The reverse of the bale is hallmarked with the 14ct gold mark (14K) and the pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
This antique pendant is supplied with a sapphire report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Montana (USA) and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
