9 ct Yellow Gold Double Albert Watch Chain - Antique Circa 1920

This fine and impressive double Albert watch chain has been crafted in 9 ct yellow gold.

The impressive large graduated rounded curb chain links are individually hallmarked with the 9ct gold fineness marks (9 and 375).

The yellow gold Albert watch chain is fitted at either end with a swivel catch.

The chain is fitted with a central rounded ring loop, from which a hallmarked T-bar suspends.

The T-bar is hallmarked with the 9 ct gold fineness mark (9.375), the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor) and the maker's mark (JM).

By virtue of its length, this impressive example of antique jewellery may be wrapped multiple times around the wrist to be worn as a bracelet.
