The brooch has been realistically modelled in the form of a bird in flight.
The body of the bird is embellished with ten individually white gold collet set eight-cut diamonds.
The tail further incorporates two graduating white gold settings ornamented with eight pavé set eight-cut diamonds.
The elevated wings are embellished with five further collet set diamonds.
The eye of the bird is represented with a collet set 0.01ct cabochon cut ruby.
This antique bird brooch secures to the reverse with an 18ct white gold hinged pin and sheath fastening.
The reverse of the setting is hallmarked with the 18ct gold mark (18CT).
This antique gold bird brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
The brooch is fitted to the original, fine and impressive hinged leatherette presentation box with a bespoke velvet fitment and satin lined interior, securing with a push fit catch; this original bespoke box highlights the superior quality of the piece.
