This antique tea caddy retains the original hallmarked domed hinged cover surmounted with the original cast sterling silver ball style finial.
The cover secures to the anterior edge with the original hallmarked hinged clasp, accented with an impressive pierced decorated cut card floriated design to the fastening; this is a fine feature and indicates the high quality of the piece.
The caddy is fitted with two impressive suspended loop ring handles.
This exceptional tea caddy retains the original matching caddy spoon.
The handle terminal of the spoon reflects the identical pierced decorated floriated design to that of the hinged catch.
