Black Onyx and 14 ct Yellow Gold Signet Ring - Vintage Circa 1950

This fine and impressive army air corps mens signet ring has been crafted in 14 ct yellow gold with an applied 14 ct white gold decoration.

The substantial ring mount is ornamented with a collet set oval black onyx panel in slight relief to the centre of the design.

The onyx panel is accented with an applied 14 ct white gold ornament depicting an Army Air Corps* cap badge.

The subtly elevated, flared ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.

The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the mark for 14 ct gold (14ct) and 14 ct gold fineness mark (585).
