This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold with a silver setting.

The antique bird brooch has been modelled in the form of a chick, accented with textured details reproducing the bird's plumage and anatomical features.

The body of the chick is represented by a fine and impressive silver set blister pearl.

The chick's eye is represented by a 0.02ct round faceted cut ruby, in a silver collet setting.

The head, wings, and legs of the chick are are ornamented with forty-four pavé set Dutch cut diamonds, totaling 0.33ct.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin fastening.
