An exceptional, fine and impressive, miniature antique Victorian English sterling silver teapot in the Chinoiserie style; an addition to our silver teaware collection

This exceptional and rare antique Victorian sterling silver miniature teapot has a cuboid shaped form.


The body of this silver teapot is embellished with impressive embossed panels of Chinoiserie style ornamentation, depicting plum blossom and foliage designs on a matte background.


Each panel features a plain silver border, incorporating four bracket style feet to the lower portion.


This antique silver teapot is fitted with a hinged cover ornamented with further embossed decoration and surmounted with the original floral decorated finial.


The teapot is fitted with a fine and impressive swept handle incorporating stylised blossom designs.


This exceptional miniature silver teapot features a panelled swan necked spout accented with further floral designs to the lower portions.

This Victorian miniature silver teapot is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

The interior of the teapot has been professionally cleaned and is ready for use.

The embossed decoration is very sharp.

Full hallmarks struck to the underside are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
