An exceptional, fine and impressive set of six antique George V English sterling silver napkin rings - boxed; an addition to our dining silverware collection

This exceptional set of antique George V silver napkin rings consists of six napkin rings, each with an elongated octagonal form.


The surface of each napkin ring is encircled with bands of engine turned and tooled decoration incorporating a circular vacant cartouche to one side.


These impressive 1930s sterling silver napkin rings are fitted to an impressive hinged leatherette presentation box with a satin and velvet lined interior, securing with a push fit catch.


The interior of the cover bears the retailer's mark 'Sydney Hanna, Gold & Silversmith, 17 Royal Avenue, Belfast'.

These antique 1930s sterling silver napkin rings are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.

Each component has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

The engine turned and tooled decoration is very sharp.

The original box is also in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each napkin ring are all very clear; the hallmarks are deeply struck due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
