3.05ct Sapphire and 1.23ct Diamond, 9ct White Gold Brooch - Antique Circa 1935

This stunning, fine and impressive antique sapphire and diamond brooch has been crafted in 9ct white gold.

The fine pierced decorated elliptical frame features a central horizontal cross-shaped arrangement of nine impressive blue sapphires, totalling 3.05cts.

This feature cross formation features a round cut sapphire to the centre, flanked with cushion cut sapphires subtly graduating in size towards the cross-bar terminals.

The interlacing scalloped elliptical frame is further embellished by eighteen individually claw set Old European cut diamonds, totalling 1.23cts

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety catch fastening.

This impressive antique brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9ct gold.
