A fine and impressive antique Georgian Newcastle sterling silver Old English pattern sauce ladle made by John Langlands I & John Robertson I; an addition to our silver cutlery collection

This exceptional antique Georgian sterling silver sauce ladle has been crafted in the Old English pattern.


The anterior surfaces of the handle terminal is embellished with a contemporary bright cut engraved initial 'W'.


This fine example of antique flatware has a plain rounded bowl.


The reverse of the ladle features a rounded heel to the bowl and a pip to the handle terminal.


This exceptional silver sauce ladle was crafted by the renowned and collectable Newcastle silversmiths John Langlands I & John Robertson I.

This antique silver sauce ladle is a very good gauge of silver, excellent quality and in excellent condition.

The bright cut engraved initial is very crisp.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of the handle are all very clear.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of Georgian flatware.
