Sterling Silver Coffee Pot - Antique Edwardian

This fine antique sterling silver coffee pot has a plain octagonal form with a waisted upper portion and an octagonal panelled spreading foot.

The surface of this Edwardian coffee pot is embellished with the fine and impressive bright cut engraved crests displaying a wing blazoned with five stars and a falcon surmounting an arm couped blazoned with a crescent.

This antique coffee pot is fitted with a hinged domed panelled cover surmounted with the original finial, securing to the interior with a wing nut.

The coffee pot is fitted with a fine and impressive plain angular carved handle with a plain C shaped lower socket.

This impressive example of Edwardian silverware has an impressive swan necked spout, ornamented with an applied leaf design to the lip.

This antique coffee pot is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition.
