This stunning, fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold.
The kite shaped setting is ornamented to the centre with a stunning feature collet set, round faceted cut aquamarine, accented with millegrain decoration.
The openwork frame of this stunning pendant is further embellished with sixteen fine and impressive collet set seed pearls accenting the points of the kite shape; four of the pearls encircle the central aquamarine creating a central floral motif.
The pierced decorated frame supports three linear drops, displaying three oval faceted cut aquamarines collet claw set to the terminals, each embellished with a plain teardrop shaped halo style border.
The articulated linear drops are further ornamented with fourteen seed pearls; four of the pearls are individually collet set and the remaining ten are set in pairs within yellow gold leaf motifs.
The Edwardian aquamarine pendant in gold is suspended from a 15ct yellow gold 40.64cm/16" trace chain via two integrated ring loop attachments to the upper border of the design, securing with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening.
This pendant is hallmarked to the reverse of the setting with the mark for 15ct yellow gold (15CT).
